Although I am closing my private practice as of September 1, 2022 (see the Home page for details), I may continue to post here from time-to-time.
This blog has never been about attracting high numbers of readers. Mostly it was for people who were thinking about starting therapy with me and wanted to know a little bit more about the way I think. But over the years I've heard from people who read the blog just to learn a little more about psychological matters in general, and therapy in particular.
Admittedly, in the last couple of years my posts have been infrequent. The need for therapy services went up dramatically during the COVID outbreak, which made my work-life a lot busier. There just didn't seem to be as much time to write. But now that I'm closing my practice, I'll have more time.
I still have things to say about therapy, emotions, and what it means to create the life you really want. I might continue to write about those things. Frankly, I'm not sure yet.
In any case, for those of you have had read this blog over the years, let me say thank you.
